Using advanced fiber laser and plasma cutting machines, we achieve ±0.1mm precision cutting on various steels. Cut surfaces are smooth and burr-free, eliminating secondary processing.

The system supports cutting complex patterns and irregular shapes, suitable for steel plates, angle steels, channel steels and other profiles. Widely used in steel structure construction and mechanical equipment manufacturing.

Using CNC bending equipment with preset programs to accurately control the bending angle and arc, achieving consistent bending results for both simple angles and complex multi-bend workpieces. The equipment supports bending processing for plates of different thicknesses, maintaining stable processing accuracy even for large-size structural parts, meet various forming requirements in custom steel frame production.

Stamping processing uses customized molds that match the product structure, which can efficiently complete mass production of shaped steel parts, ensure consistent dimensional accuracy of each processed part, effectively reduce production costs while meeting processing needs, and is suitable for mass production of standard structural accessories in custom steel frames.

We use imported 5-axis CNC machining centers to process precision connection parts and hole positions of custom steel frames, achieving dimensional accuracy up to ±0.02mm, which meets the requirement of high-precision matching assembly. 

Welding quality is ensured by certified welders who follow strict procedures matching international welding standards. We inspect every welded joint to guarantee strong, crack-free connections that meet the required load-bearing capacity for your custom steel frame. 

Upon completion of welding, non-destructive testing methods such as RT and MT are employed to conduct comprehensive inspections of the welds, enabling timely identification and correction of defects.

Achieving a zinc coating thickness of over 85 μm that significantly enhances its corrosion resistance and extends service life. The galvanized layer exhibits excellent adhesion and wear resistance, enabling it to withstand various harsh environments. This treatment is suitable for outdoor steel structures, power transmission towers, traffic barriers.

We deliver a uniform, smooth finish with excellent anti-aging and scratch resistance that fulfills both rust prevention and aesthetic requirements. Befor that, we rigorously clean oil, rust, and impurities from the steel frame surface to ensure strong adhesion between the coating/galvanized layer and the steel substrate, preventing flaking and peeling for long-lasting performance.

we carefully grind and treat workpiece surfaces needing high flatness or special visual effects, removing welding marks and burrs for a smooth, uniform finish with a minimum polish roughness of 0.2μm that meets high-precision assembly or high-end appearance needs.
